The company was founded in May 1972. Since 2008 Grimaldi’s Compagnia di Navigazione SpA owns and controls 95.9 of the stock of Minoan Lines.

Celebrating love, emotion and the timeless beauty of Greek music, MINOAN LINES sponsored an extraordinary collaboration between legendary singer Aleka Kanellidou and her son, Giannis Giannousakis, for a heartfelt reinterpretation of one of the most romantic songs of the past 40 years, written by Giannis Miliokas.
Set aboard the luxurious KNOSSOS PALACE, the project beautifully showcases the bond between two generations through music and emotion. 🎵💗
